Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds Release New Single ‘Wandering Star’

Following the release of two EPs in 2019, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are already prepping their next release, after dropping new single ‘Wandering Star’.

With the ‘Black Star Dancing’ and ‘This Is The Place’ EPs showcasing the most experimental music of Gallagher’s career so far, we’d expect the new EP ‘Blue Moon Rising’ to follow suit.

Alongside the new single, Noel has released the cover art for the new EP which drops next March, with the ‘Blue Moon Rising’ title clearly being a nod to his beloved Manchester City.

Fans still awaiting an Oasis reunion will be gutted to hear the older Gallagher brother telling The Big Issue Liam’s behaviour is stopping any chance of a reunion.

Speaking specifically about Liam’s activity on Twitter, he said every time Liam tweets it’s another ‘nail in the coffin’.

Still, maybe one day eh? For the time being, both Gallagher brothers are putting out interesting material and we aren’t complaining.
